Refund Policy
No refunds, returns or exchanges. All NewBeauty limited-edition box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns and any product returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case that your product does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within sixty (60) days of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that timeframe, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement. Please note that replacement orders will be accepted pending product availability and may take two (2) weeks to fulfill from the time of order.
